In today’s market, the majority of new homes commonly all have open floor plans. The days from having small separated kitchen and dining rooms have transformed into large “Great Rooms” where everyone can gather to eat and entertain. This open styled living makes it much easier and enjoyable for large gatherings and parties, as everyone is together to socialize and have fun.

As for the large pantries, it is easy to see why this is a trend. Many people are want easy accessibility to their food items, and don’t want to dig through the back of a cabinet to find the can of green beans. Large pantries offer easy accessibility and open-shelf views, allowing everything to be easily seen.

Large master bedroom suites are also very in right now. Couples wish to have luxurios areas for themselves where they can wind down after a long day at work. Beautiful jacuzzi tubs separate sinks, and large closets brighten a couple’s eye when looking at homes.

Outdoor living spaces are a huge asset in today’s market trends. Texas Hill County is absolutely beautiful, and residents here wish to enjoy it as much as they can. Covered patios are a huge appeal in today’s homes, as nothing is better than sitting outside at sunset to enjoy the view. Extra bonuses to outdoor living areas include having outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and outdoor tvs - as the appeal of having everything in one place most definitely has its appeal.
